We’re seeking a trusted right hand to work closely with our CEO. This is far more than a support role - it’s a chance for an ambitious professional to take ownership of key outcomes and help shape the future of our company. 
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces responsibility, and consistently delivers impactful, measurable results.

Your day-to-day tasks:

  • Strategy and Reporting: Assist in preparing strategies, presentations, and reports to support key company objectives. Take on smaller tasks that contribute to broader initiatives.

  • CEO Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, track follow-ups, and ensure daily priorities are effectively addressed.

  • Problem-Solving: Research, analyse, and gather information to help resolve challenges.

  • Team Collaboration: Support team initiatives, actively participate in meetings, and take on increasing responsibilities as you grow in your role.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, legal, and R&D to align priorities and enhance processes.

  • Project Involvement: Contribute to key projects by taking on smaller responsibilities, gradually increasing your autonomy and ownership over time.

What makes you a great fit?

  • Master’s Degree: Academic foundation for tackling complex projects and challenges, especially in software development, IT services, sales, or related domains.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Organisational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English: C1 level or higher.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in software tools and platforms such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Leadership Potential.
  • Strategic Thinking: Skilled at anticipating challenges, solving problems, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Takes initiative, embraces responsibility, and makes confident decisions to drive results.
  • Adaptability and Multitasking.
