Who are we seeking:

We’re seeking a Success Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in engaging with our early adopters. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to shape strategies, gather critical insights, and help prepare for our next phase of growth as we move toward commercial sales. Your day-to-day tasks:

  • Connect with Early Adopters: Map key moments in their journey to enhance experience, build trust, and create lasting relationships.
  • Plan and Improve: Develop engagement strategies to gather feedback and drive future improvements.
  • Turn Insights into Action: Analyse user behaviour to identify opportunities, refine products, and meet user needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to share insights and align on customer success goals.

What makes you a great fit?

  • Relevant Experience: 4 + years in Customer Success, Product Marketing, or Project Management, preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • Fluency in English: B2+ level or higher.
  • Tech Enthusiast: A strong passion for technology and digital transformation, with a solid understanding of how these elements drive business success.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to optimise engagement strategies and measure program effectiveness.
  • Outstanding Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms, e.g. Jira, Confluence.
  • Ability to work full-time from our office.
