Who are we seeking:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and play a crucial role in our growth strategy. As a SDR, you'll be the first point of contact between our company and potential clients, an essential part of our sales pipeline - identifying, contacting, and qualifying leads to support our business development.

Your day-to-day tasks:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
  • Running outreach campaigns (emails, calls, follow-ups)
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Setting up meetings and staying on top of follow-ups
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Working closely with marketing and leadership to optimize lead generation
  • Providing regular insights and updates on outreach performance and results
  • Managing and converting leads from industry events into real opportunities

What makes you a great fit?

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar outbound roles
  • Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and persuasive, both in writing and speaking
  • Fluent English (C1+ level) to communicate effortlessly in an international environment
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Pipedrive, or similar platforms
  • A data-driven, analytical mindset - comfortable using insights to refine your approach and improve results
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and nurture potential clients
  • Solid understanding of modern sales techniques and strategies
  • Great time management and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also a collaborative team player
  • Flexible and adaptable - you stay calm and focused in a dynamic environment
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
