INFORMATION CLAUSE REGARDING PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) we would like to inform you that: 

  1. The Controller of your personal data is Dynamic Solutions Sp. z o.o. Sp. k.  with its registered office in Białystok, ul. Poleska 45/1, 15-114 Białystok registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 573359 (hereinafter referred to as „the Controller” or „Dynamic Solutions”. 

  2. The personal data provided by you in the contact form is processed for the following purposes:

    • handling of correspondence, answering correspondence received from you, including answering questions and providing information that you ask for;

    • further handling of correspondence with you and dealing with the matter with which you contact us; possible determination, pursuit of claims or defense against claims. 

  3. The legal basis for processing is the Controller's legitimate interest in handling correspondence with you (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).  

  4. Your personal data will be stored until the completion of the Controller's legitimate interests that constitute the basis for this processing or until you object to such processing, unless further processing period is required under applicable law.

  5. Your personal data may be made available to the entities providing the Controller with IT, legal, consulting and insurance services on the basis of contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data as well as other entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law. 

  6. You have the right to access your data, right to rectify (amend) your data, the right to erase your data, the right to restrict the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing of your data.

  7. If you believe that processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw Poland. 

  8. Your personal data may be transferred to a third country/international organization but with adequate level of protection in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapter 5 of the GDPR.

  9. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
