INFORMATION CLAUSE REGARDING PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Video monitoring clause

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) we would like to inform you that: 

  1. The Controller of your personal data is Dynamic Solutions Sp. z o.o. Sp. k.  with its registered office in Białystok, ul. Poleska 45/1, 15-114 Białystok registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 573359 (hereinafter referred to as „the Controller” or „Dynamic Solutions”. 

  2. The Controller processes your personal data for the purpose of ensuring the safety of employees, customers and guests and other persons staying in the area covered by monitoring and protection of Dynamic Solutions sp. z o.o. sp.k. property. The data will not be used for other purposes. Monitoring system consists of digital recordings of the images transmitted from the cameras located in front of our office.

  3. The legal basis for processing of personal data [in the form of footage containing images of data subjects] is the necessity of processing to achieve a legitimate interest of the Controller under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. 

  4. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes for which they were collected and stored for a period not exceeding 3 months from the recording date. Where recorded images are used as evidence in legal proceedings or the Controller learned that they could be so used, the deadline referred to above may be extended until the final termination of proceedings. 

  5. Your personal data may be made available to the entities providing the Controller with IT, legal, consulting and insurance services on the basis of contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data as well as other entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law. 

  6. You have the right to access your data, right to rectify (amend) your data, the right to erase your data, the right to restrict the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing of your data.

  7. If you believe that processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw Poland. 

  8. Your personal data may be transferred to a third country/international organization but with adequate level of protection in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapter 5 of the GDPR.

  9. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
