Regarding processing of personal data on the purposes of recruitment process

Who is the controller of your personal data? 

The Data Controller of your personal data is Dynamic Solutions Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. (hereinafter referred to as “Controller” or ‘Dynamic Solutions’) with a registered office in Białystok, Poleska Street 45/1 15-114 Białystok, Poland. Where do we get your personal data from?

  • We collect your data directly from you in connection with your willingness to participate in the recruitment process, or in connection with your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of future recruitment at Dynamic Solutions, or

  • We collect your personal data from publicly available sources (eg. LinkedIn, GitHub).

What personal data do we process about you? 

We process the data necessary to conduct and settle the recruitment process with your participation and necessary to the possible conclusion of an employment contract/civil law contract with you: the email address from which the message was sent and the information contained in the application form.

What are the purposes and legal grounds for processing your personal data by Dynamic Solutions? 

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of the recruitment process: 

  • in order for us to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 point b of GDPR), 

  • in order for us to comply with legal obligations, regarding recruitment process, in particular deriving from Labour Code (pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 point c of GDPR in relation to art. 22(1) of Polish Labour Code, 

  • as well as based on your consent, if you voluntarily share additional data not required or grant us consent for the purpose of future recruitment.

What are your rights towards Dynamic Solutions with regard to the processed data? 

You have the right to: access your data and their copies, the right to rectify data, the right to erase data, the right to restrict data processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time.

You can exercise the rights set out in the above section by sending an appropriate request via info@ds.pl email.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by us to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).

Who do we share your personal data with? 

We have the right to transfer personal data to three groups of recipients: 

  • the entities providing the Controller with IT, legal or consulting services, on the basis of contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data,

  • the processors to whom we entrust the processing of personal data,

  • as well as other entities authorized to obtain data under applicable law

  • processors to whom we entrust the processing of personal data.

How long do we keep your personal data?

No longer than needed!

Personal data collected for recruitment will be processed for the duration of the recruitment process, and if the Candidate agrees to leave the data for future recruitments, they will be stored until the withdrawal of the consent, but not longer than 24 months from the date of its granting;

Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?

Your personal data may be transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA area. Data will be duly protected based on appropriate safeguards under RODO Chapter V.

Do we process your personal data automatically (including through profiling)?

No, there will be no automated decision-making that will be performed on you.
