    Intro call

    We begin with a casual conversation to gain a better understanding of your skills, experience and expectations, and to provide you with further information about the company.

    Technical Task

    You’ll receive a short assignment related to the role. For technical positions, it’s a GitHub task with code and instructions. For non-technical ones, it’s a brief case study or written exercise. You set your own deadline: we value quality and thoughtful answers over speed.

  • Dynamic Solution recruitment process  - 3: Technical Interview

    Technical Interview

    You’ll meet two team members from a field similar to yours. We’ll ask a few role-specific questions and share how we work. It’s a conversation to see if we’re a good match on both sides.

    Interview with CEO

    If possible, we provide you with more information about the project you could join at the beginning of your path at DS. This is also the moment for your contract terms negotiation.
